As a seasoned expert in the coworking industry with over a decade of hands-on experience launching, operating, and advising coworking spaces, Jamie has helped countless operators avoid costly mistakes, scale with confidence, and build profitable businesses.
She founded and scaled two successful coworking spaces, served as the Executive Director of the Global Workspace Association, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business—giving her a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic business acumen.
Through her widely recognized Everything Coworking Podcast and co-hosted series Flex Uncensored, Jamie is fully committed to bringing industry insights and strategies to new and growing coworking operators and professionals worldwide.
KIM LEE | COACH & MENTOR
As a Coach and Mentor at Everything Coworking, Kim Lee brings a wealth of experience. A passionate leader in the coworking industry, Kim is dedicated to helping operators and entrepreneurs build thriving, community-focused spaces.
As the Founder and CEO of Forge in Downtown Birmingham, Kim has created a platform for small business growth and collaboration. Forge has been recognized as Birmingham’s Best Coworking Space (2023) and a Small Business of the Year Finalist (2018).
Kim’s extensive industry experience includes serving on the Tech Birmingham Executive Board, the Birmingham Small Business Council, and the Advisory Board for the Global Workspace Association. She also founded the Birmingham Coworking Collective to unite local coworking operators and amplify their impact.
Since joining the Everything Coworking team in 2023, Kim has guided new operators to launch successful spaces through the Coworking Startup School, Community Manager University Q&A calls, and one-on-one coaching.
